We ordered two wrap combos: one with honey barbecue and mac and cheese, and the other with spicy mac and cheese and spicy slaw. The service was acceptable, but I was disappointed to find my BBQ wrap loaded with mayo and lacking actual BBQ sauce. My mac and cheese was so spicy that I couldn’t eat it—I hadn’t ordered the spicy version. Additionally, my boyfriend’s spicy slaw was swapped for honey BBQ slaw, which was just as disappointing. He did get his spicy mac and cheese (along with mine), but overall, I was let down by the food’s quality and portion sizes. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is due to the decent service.
The food is fine. The wait time is the biggest reason for the low rating. It will be the last time we come here. Today we got stuck in the line for almost 30 minutes and only 4 cars in front of us. The dining room isn't even open. Nothing but the drive thru! They should be moving the drive thru at a rapid pace. I wouldn't be writing this post if it was a one time thing. This was their 3rd strike for me.
I stayed at a nearby hotel and tried to order from KFC’s front counter on two separate nights. I waited and waited, but the service was so slow that I ended up walking out both times without placing an order. It’s disappointing because their menu looked appealing, but the long wait made it impossible to enjoy.
Something has changed with Kentucky Fried Chicken's chicken! My husband and I became ill after trying to eat it. What have you done to ruin this restaurant? We will not be returning.

The woman at the window was extremely friendly and kind to my brother and me, and she served us very quickly! The food was delicious, and the sweet tea was outstanding.
Was slow on everything and they charged my card for an order that was not mine. Now I'm having to wait however long for them to refund my money. ??
Chicken selection was limited due to not having cooked. The crew was not attentive to the orders that were placed at counter or on screen.
I purchased a coupon book for KFC, but they refused to accept it. I'm uncertain if I want to return.

Chicken was a little tough and greasy. Sides were good. Service was great friendly, and prompt.
The dining room is closed, but the drive-thru operates efficiently.
