Well first thing I like when I walk in the KFC somebody is always cleaning. When I get something to drink there's never any syrupy backsplashes like they just don't care it's always clean.And I really like the service couple of young Latinos but they got a manager that knows how to motivate them to go above and beyond I won't go into detail but they're doing a lot better than any KFC I've ever been in. I also have a service dog and they never even better batted an eye at my shih Tzu... Other places kind of freak out until I show his service registration card.The food is always hot the pieces of chicken are always generous. KFC coleslaw and mashed potatoes how are you going to argue with that...
I have a problem visiting this special KFC on Beach St. in Fort Worth. The chicken is always fresh, so I go there. However, the service is literally garbage. Whatever shift or time you go. Staff really have bad attitudes. As if it is your fault that your order is not correct. And let's not forget the waiting time. I literally waited 30 minutes for a 2 piece, potato and cookies?? Then I get it and the potatoes look as if they were used in a game of peat of the tater. I don't recommend this place. Especially in the morning if you want to enjoy the rest of your day.
The food was extremely expensive. The service, however, was very slow—taking over 35 minutes. I forgot to order sides, and when I asked the cashier why he didn’t remind me, he said, “I’m not allowed to.” I think that’s a silly policy. Despite these issues, I would say the food was worth the wait.
The food tasted great and very fast service. My only complaint is that the chicken was a little fat. At first, it doesn't matter to you, but after three pieces it starts to be too much. But was crispy and delicious. The lemon cake was really good. Food: 4/5

I had the worst chicken experience ever. I ordered a 3-piece dinner, and by the time I got back to the office, the chicken was hard and overcooked—actually burnt. I won't be coming back again.
I ordered my food online at 615pm. Went inside and did not receive my food until 715pm. The drive through rep should NOT work there. Worst Customer Service experience I've ever had.
They are always out of one thing or another because they don’t want to fix it. Food is not fixed right at all. Customer service is a joke rude and snappy.
Always loved KFC felt like they were falling off but I was wrong. The last few times I've been service was fast and the food was delicious

The service was quick, but they did get my order wrong. I’m sure they were just new staff learning the ropes.
I was there like 30 minutes no one was in return to give my order bad service, I never again in this KFC
