Completely ignored in 1 of their drive through lanes. If you're going to have 2 lines for drive through, at least have a process in place for managing both or close 1!! Cars that were behind me ended up in front of me and it took me calling out for an acknowledgement to be received. Once I paid for my order and got home, I found that the sweet and sour sauce I ordered for my nuggets wasn't provided. I thought drive through at KFC was meant to provide an efficient and convenient takeaway service for people. My mistake. When I attempted to phone the store to express my frustration no-one answered the phone and it just rang out. 9 times. Pathetic.
This KFC has nice food but they rarely get the order right either in store or in drive thru. They are always happy to correct the order when it is pointed out but happens way too often. Just make sure you check the order before you leave the store or window.
windows were filthy tables and floor was a mess spoke to the manger he was on secondment as this was an under performing restaurant . the staff were grumpy . avoid this place
Not a good experience at all, food was not up to KFC standards. Look I know it's KFC but you kind of expect the food to be of at least eating standard. Disappointed.

Slow service, first of three customers in the store and the others had gone before my order was started. If it's not busy and you're in a hurry don't order a wrap.
As the title mentions, one of the better KFC's. Always quick service, hot and fresh food, and above all the place is always tidy. Cant go wrong here.

Have been here twice and the food was fresh and good both times, though it might have been because both times were during the dinnertime rush hour.

Can't understand why this is called KFC - their pricing structure and even product line are different to the usual KFC items.
I was looking for Oporto when I stumbled upon this KFC, which I guess is relatively new.
