I arrived at KFC around 7:30 PM to pick up dinner and witnessed something very troubling. An elderly man, referred to as “Sanford” or “Stanford,” deliberately locked a young man in the dumpster area and then walked away. The young man had to climb out and reported the incident to his manager, James, who dismissed him and laughed with the elderly man in the back as the young man left. It was clear that he was upset, but he handled the situation with remarkable composure.

The food was fantastic, the exterior of the restaurant looked appealing, and the woman who took my order was wonderful! However, everything changed when I moved up to pay. The young woman at the window didn’t smile or say a word during our interaction, despite my three attempts to be friendly and express my gratitude. It’s disappointing when you deserve a 5-star review, but one person’s attitude brings the experience down for everyone. Fred and the manager were fantastic! My daughter chose to celebrate her 10th birthday dinner there, and they surprised her with a complimentary chocolate cake and a pitcher of tea. Additionally, they gifted us vouchers for Big Time Entertainment in Oxford, AL. The staff truly went above and beyond this evening and restored my faith in humanity. I highly recommend this place!
The service today in Lagrange, Ga was from the drive through it was fast ,friendly service and the food looked great everyone that ate was happy. They rate kfC the best here in my home. My man loves KFC.

I was hesitant but I tried it anyways and I really got a taste of the old KFC I use to get. The original breast were very good ????. Please continue with what you are doing!!!!! Enjoyed!!
My wings were tough and dry. The cashier was friendly, but KFC is too expensive for food that isn't edible. As for parking, there was only one car in the lot when I arrived.
Wonderful service, great drive in. Good food, just all around respectful and good to customers, the night shift anyways. They also close when they're supposed to.
The drive-thru staff should practice more patience when taking orders and truly listen to customers about their preferences, rather than talking over them.

Chicken with half done and tea wasn't sweet it's not like the good all day you go there and you get get food just playing awful
Came in to eat lunch, the staff was very friendly up beat and quick to get our fresh meals out. Again great staff!!
