I spent $90.50cents and afternoon 1 hour my meal had not arrived, so I went to the Menulog tracker and it said that the driver was not in the position to be followed, call menu log and advised that the meal was not delivered and waited another hour for help and was then told that the driver was not in the position to be contacted. Arrrrrghhhhhh! was my experience at Canning Highway KFC. Admittedly it was 7 pm on a Saturday night. After seeing the drive thru line snaking through the car park we decided to go into the store, thinking it would be quicker- we were wrong. We must have waited for 20 minutes before getting to the counter. The line was long, but I expected to wait maybe 10 mins max. There were only 2 people working the front counter, and I think they were a bit overwhelmed. The cashier was friendly, but that didn't redeem the experience as when we got home and ate the food it proved it really wasn't worth the wait.
I am giving this restaurant 5 stars solely because of the exceptional service provided by one employee, a young man around 15-17 years old. While other staff members were chatting and joking around, he was working diligently. I do not know his name as he was not wearing a name badge, but he was working last night. Thank you, young man, for your hard work. I will update my review once I learn your name. Keep up the excellent work!
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the 1980s and continue to enjoy their incredibly fresh fried chicken. I particularly love the hot and spicy flavor. In my opinion, this is one of the best KFC stores I have ever been to.

Service can be a big hit-and-miss as can the waiting time. Haven't had soggy chips yet, which is a pretty good indicator of pretty good -ness.
