This place really needs a new staff. I had probably my worst KFC experience in 30 years. Went on a Sunday evening. We asked for an accommodation that other KFCs have done, got charged for the accommodation, but did not receive it and instead had to listento a staff member complain about it. If you can't do something just let the customer know and don't charge them extra for it.While that was going on the staff members were using inappropriate language that could be heard by the customers. One staffmember had something hot spilled on them and the register ran out of change for another customer. I went to KFC today and ordered a Famous Bowl with fries, a mini chocolate cake, and a popcorn chicken meal. Unfortunately, this is the second time they've forgotten to include the chocolate cake in my order. Just yesterday, I was also supposed to get a cookie, but that was missing too. They seem to remember the main items, but the extras are often overlooked. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it included. While the main food was tasty, it doesn’t compensate for the fact that I didn’t receive everything I ordered.
I got the 5 piece tenders meal and man did it suck. The best things were the fries. I walked in and the staff just looked at me I wondered why they weren't attending to me and then I saw a paper on the counter that said use the kiosk. Smh they couldn't tell me that? Even though I said dine in they packedy bag to go. Tenders were not tender they were rubbery and when I went to the bathroom the faucet completely spun and was loose and barely any water came out. Definitely unhygienic. Last time I will go there.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. My order was prepared correctly and arrived promptly. There was almost no waiting time; I used the drive-thru, which took only about 15 minutes from ordering to driving away. I will certainly return the next time I'm in the mood for KFC.

This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to in New Jersey. The staff seems uninterested, and whether you choose to go through the drive-thru or walk in, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. I strongly suggest avoiding this location if you can.
$30 for 8 drumsticks, side of potatoes, coleslaw, biscuits, fries. For fast food it should be less expensive. A guy ordered 3 drumsticks $10, he walked out the door. Coleslaw is a chopped salad, very different from shredded. Potatoes and gravy is good.
I had to give a star to leave my review. But the kfc in Hazlet NEw Jersey is disgusting. The store is nasty, employees are nasty drug addicted (you can see it) and they are just flat out rude. I will NEVER spend another dime in there.
Food is always good. My only issue. I want what I paid for. I ordered just breast and thighs. I only got thighs. No one said a word. Found out when I got home. And I paid extra. Check your food before you leave..
