They had said to meet them at kfc anyway the lass who was at the counter understood my request which im finding more often than not due to the staff at counter having language barriers and said she had a cord in her car that I could use .. she was extremely polite and helped me with my need to make it possible to pickup my lawnmower I said Thankyou to her as I left without paying for a drink I’d asked for whilst my phone was on charge with the promise to pay when phone turned on. I would like to suggest that your employees receive comprehensive training. My experience at The store in Ballarat Sunshine Victoria, Australia was disappointing. After placing an online order, the customer service representative attended to me briefly, but then left without explanation and proceeded to serve other customers. Upon approaching the window, I found it closed while she attended to others. I then went to the next window to collect my food and ask about my drink. Absolutely terrible. It's impossible to understand why they thought adding a second drive-thru lane was a good idea when they can barely handle one. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 10.

None of the self service terminals work properly. The staff cannot take verbal orders. The food was fine. Not the worst KFC I've been to. Not good either.
