On today I placed an Order Ahead Mobile Order at the store located in Monroe on 165 South. My coworkers as well as myself found mold in the bottom of our cups. Of course I wasn 't aware until all the soda was gone. I 've tried to reach someone at thestore to make them aware and the phone has been busy since 1pm. I have a photo to prove my allegations. Management needs to makesure they check the cup holder as well as the Ice Machine.
At first, I wasn't impressed with KFC's chicken, but I must admit that the new chicken sandwich is amazing, and the fries are really good as well. The sandwich is crispy and juicy, with a satisfying thickness. The customer service is just okay. However, I’m not happy about the price hike on the hot wings, especially since they don't taste as good as they did when they were cheaper, which is rather strange.
If you're from the South and not eating at KFC, what are you even doing? I’m definitely not still going to Church's! Don’t get me wrong, Church's is fine if you like greasy food, but I prefer a home-cooked style piece of chicken. Nothing beats KFC’s menu for me; it tastes like I made it myself. Thanks for the excellent service at the 165 South location—keep up the great work!
I have to mention that the staff appeared to be overwhelmed during my visit. Our food took quite a while to arrive, but the employees did their best to keep things on track. I think that if businesses focused on providing adequate training and offered more competitive wages, it could greatly improve the overall experience for both the staff and the customers. Hello, I haven't ordered chicken from KFC in a while because my last experience was disappointing. I paid a lot for a bucket of chicken, fries, and drinks, but the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I tried the extra crispy, but it lacked flavor, and I ended up throwing it away. Maybe next time I'll give the original recipe a try.
It would be nice if I was asked the way I wanted my children prepared( original ..crispy... spicy... And can this and all drive thru operators give you 10 seconds to look at the menu? But don't just not respond as well... And KFC needs to work on the gravy. Lately it's been thick enough to cut with a knife.
The food could have been fresher, including the fries. My drink had mostly melted ice, leaving just a few small chunks. On the bright side, the line was short, and the chicken sandwiches were decent—good and fresh. But honestly... I have to admit that’s not enough for a great experience.
