First of all, I found the clerk to be quite unpleasant. When I paid, she seemed unsure about handling the change and just handed it to me without counting it out. I believe that when accepting cash, the clerk should be able to count back the change rather than simply placing it in the customer’s hand. Additionally, the menu options for the number three and number six combinations (three-piece white with one or two sides) are confusing and need to be clarified. Due to these issues, I’ll likely avoid the KFC in Bryans Road in the future. Thank you.
I frequently encounter problems with my side orders at KFC. The staff definitely needs to improve—I've seen employees using their phones in the lobby and some even go outside to smoke without washing their hands before coming back. Despite spending my money here, the service is often rude, and they rarely have items ready. I've also received incorrect orders multiple times. The issues with the menu and service make for a disappointing experience overall.
Our experience at KFC is usually satisfactory. We know it's best not to visit late, but we hoped for a better outcome this time. Although we weren't too upset about the absence of extra crispy dark meat, we were more disappointed by the overall quality of the chicken, which felt a bit careless. The menu generally offers good options, but this visit didn't meet our expectations.
When I got home, I noticed that the chicken didn't taste fresh and seemed like it had been reheated. To add to my disappointment, I received mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. Is KFC going out of business? What has happened to them? I really feel like I wasted my money. In the end, I threw the chicken away and didn't even touch the mashed potatoes.

What has happened to KFC? The bucket of chicken we received was so disappointing that we ended up throwing it away. It was greasy, soggy, and looked completely unappealing. I wish I could say this was just a one-time issue, but it has happened the last two times we've ordered. We're done with the Colonel.
The inner wrapping of my spicy chicken sandwich was purposely torn in two spots, approximately 1.5 inches from the edges, leading to a messy leak. The French fries are fantastic unless they're overcooked, which makes them too dark. I don’t foresee myself dining here frequently.
I had to leave the drive-thru after paying for my food and wait at the front. Usually, this isn't a problem for me, but when my order finally arrived ten minutes later, it was neither fresh nor hot. I'm really disappointed with my dinner tonight.
The staff tends to be unfriendly, and the food quality is just mediocre. They frequently run out of chicken, making you either wait or come back another time. Unfortunately, this is the only fast food chicken option in the area.

KFC is a wonderful restaurant that is clean and provides outstanding customer service. The staff are attentive and efficient, even with the COVID-19 restrictions in place.
The service was sluggish, and I was not pleased with my meal. The food was only mediocre. I won't be coming back.
