Visited Saturday 22nd January for takeaway. This store has had a complete renovation and looks good. We went into the store with the service being ok. The drive through was very busy when were there which meant there was a delay in taking the orders. Our only complete was that the chicken was a little dry, not hot and moist as you would expect, so I'm guessing it had been sitting there longer than it should have been. By the time we discovered this we were home ready to eat our meals.
We ordered a Tacos box and a burger. I have never tasted anything like the alleged chicken I got in the Tacos. It was like compressed luncheon meat and completely indifferent to fresh chicken. The portions were cut square and quite honestly, it was tasteless. I threw them out. The chips were soggy. The burger was just okay [said my partner]. The box meal and the burger cost me just under $20.00. It's just not fair trading.
We got the Tuesday special of 9 pieces for $9.95 and it was not edible, it should be called refried chicken, when we returned it for a credit there was no argument, they were not even surprised, not even an apology , I guess we were not the first today.I am sorry but I must warn you all beware of KFC Caloundra
Like most KFC the food was ok, but this time it was very greasy. What I was shocked to see was the disgusting mess on the floor behind the counter and the mess the tables were in. House keeping wasn't up to scratch. Lift your game Caloundra Store!! Reserva una mesa ahora
I have been too this KFC multiple times in the hope that it would get better but sadly it hasn't, service is poor, floors tend to be dirty, things get left out of order.. I would recommend people try a different KFC. Sorry
Its your standard KFC offerings. You are either a fan or aren't. This venue has ample parking and drive through. The staff are friendly and efficient. This restaurant is kept clean.
They have fast staff compare to other KFC branches. I also liked the tables outside. It is so nice to sit under the sun while having KFC.

KFC in caloundra is great get your food and you can drive to any beach to sit and eat with great views best way to eat KFC
