I walked into the restaurant and was immediately taken aback to find two employees passionately kissing at a dining table; they didn't even acknowledge my presence. There was also a woman in a KFC uniform at another table, talking to herself and looking completely out of it. It was hard to believe she was actually working there.
I decided to dine in, but while I was there, seven other customers came in, and all of our orders were mixed up. One guy bit into his meal only to discover it was still frozen. When he asked for a replacement, they said they would just heat it up. This led to a really awkward confrontation between him and the cashier, which I have to say was the most unprofessional...
I placed an online order and spent over $25 on two chicken breasts and three sides. When I checked my bag in the parking lot, I realized I was missing one of the sides, but I went back and got a replacement without any issues. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that I only received one chicken breast instead of the two I had ordered. My order was clearly outlined online, so it was frustrating. I'm giving this place two stars because the food I did get was tasty. Also, their voicemail greeting is simply "Hello, please leave a message," without even mentioning the business name. I won't be coming back.
My boyfriend and I chose to have lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was just average. When our food arrived, we received only one napkin each, and there were no condiments, straws, salt, or pepper available. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't very clean; every table had remnants from previous diners. On the upside, the staff was very friendly when we placed our order. However, would I return? Absolutely not.
I had a wonderful experience today. The journey was effortless and smooth, with no problems at all. The staff member generously provided us with an ample amount of honey butter for the cookies. We ordered the $25.99 dinner, which came with 8 pieces—enough to easily feed a small family. However, I think we'll choose the larger 12-piece option on our next visit. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you!

My experience today was enjoyable. I used the drive-thru, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The woman at the window was very generous with the honey butter for our biscuits. However, for the $25.99 meal we ordered, eight pieces might be enough for a small family, but next time, I think we’ll need the larger 12-piece option. Overall, it was a good visit. Thank you!
I recently stopped by the newly renovated KFC, and I was really impressed with the dining area! They've updated the seats and tables, and added some new artwork that truly brightens the space. The atmosphere is now beautiful and welcoming. The food is just as good as you'd expect, and the service was outstanding. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.
I ordered through DoorDash and they made us wait outside for 30 minutes. Then the dining room closed, so we went to the drive-thru where they told us the order had been picked up. After double-checking, they realized it hadn’t, and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
This restaurant consistently delivers outstanding service every time I go. The food is amazing, and there are great meal deals offered. I highly recommend this place!
