I ordered delivery through Uber, but a few items were missing from my order. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't meet my expectations. The chicken was overly greasy; I had to use two napkins just to soak up the oil from one piece. The dark brown gravy was strange and not particularly enjoyable, but I found it necessary for dipping the chicken after I'd peeled off the skin. The mashed potatoes were thin and watery, and the portion was only about half full. On a brighter note, the coleslaw was the best I've had in a while. Fortunately, the manager has promised to rectify the situation by replacing my entire order, which cost me $30.91.
I visited this KFC last night and noticed it was quite busy. I had to wait about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad considering the number of customers. The staff was outstanding, and the manager did her best to serve everyone quickly. She truly embodies what a great manager should be. Even with the crowd, the team remained polite and friendly. I really hope the franchise owner recognizes the worth of these employees. They genuinely reflect the spirit of KFC Lakewood.
This restaurant often gets your order wrong, but the staff is friendly, and it's usually one of the cleaner places. The food is quite tasty, but the soda has an unpleasant taste due to the water they use for it.
My server was amazing! However, I did notice that the prices have gone up and the portions seem to be smaller—both the chicken and the biscuits. Also, there was no chocolate chip cookie available.

The food was exceptional, and the service was remarkable. I inadvertently left my phone behind, but they took my call and kindly let me return to pick it up, even after closing time. Thank you!
Once again, it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding.
The mashed potato bowl was good.
