The server at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and cheerful—definitely a perfect score of 10. Unfortunately, the meals we ordered didn't match that level of quality. The chicken was tough and dry, and the "extra crispy" option was far from crispy; it seemed like it had been left under the heat lamp since lunchtime when we were having dinner. The potatoes were just average, and the coleslaw was okay. This isn't what I expected from my visit, and now I'm feeling uncertain about coming back.
Both the spicy and classic chicken sandwiches are amazing! They really surpassed my expectations. The staff is super friendly, and the food is served quickly (at least if you’re the only one in line)! McDonald's could take some notes from this place. I enjoy McDonald's, but they’ve definitely fallen short in the chicken sandwich competition.
I think the only KFC I've been disappointed by was the one in Riverview. The Colonel's original recipe has usually been spot on, as it's hard to find a location that gets it wrong. Sadly, the KFC in Valrico is no different. However, I do really enjoy their cookies!
This is my second time using the drive-thru. I ordered tenders and requested KFC sauce, but both times they didn’t include the sauce. I’ll try a different KFC location next time, hoping they can get it right. Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant is outstanding! While some chain establishments may have inconsistent quality, this one truly shines. The staff is welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious.
I understand that there aren’t many employees, but the lobby needs to be cleaner. It’s not very pleasant to eat when the tables and booths are sticky.
