I have a deep appreciation for KFC, and while I have previously reviewed another location, I felt compelled to share my experience at this particular one, especially regarding Mr. Vernon, the manager. He is my favorite reason for visiting this spot. I love watching him engage with both the employees and customers; he makes it seem effortless. Mr. Vernon is highly involved and doesn't just remain at his desk all day. You can often find him on the floor, actively working. He genuinely appears to be a great guy who loves what he does. The 5-piece Tenders Big Box was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The Mac Cheese Bowl Combo delivered an amazing mix of flavors. The large portion of Mac Cheese was generous and tasted fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken, and all the sides were outstanding.
It's sometimes hard to know when you'll get a truly amazing dish compared to just a mediocre one. However, one thing is for sure: when the staff excels, the place absolutely deserves a 5-star rating.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this place. If you do choose to visit, don’t count on anyone to take your order. Good luck!

The chicken is smelling so bad and diesnt ok like fresh and they are too salty . No ketchups nothing. Waste of money.
The next time my order is filled correctly will be the first time. I ordered online, and they forgot the chicken.
The buns were stale, there was barely any sauce on the chicken sandwich, and they forgot to include my sauce.
It's been a while since I had KFC, and now I remember why. The chicken was overcooked and too dry.
