Terrible experience. I ordered a 16-piece meal through DoorDash, but only received the cake. When I asked the driver about it, he kindly went back to the restaurant. It wasn’t the driver’s fault—it was the employees and the store’s mistake. Unfortunately, they gave the driver a hard time when he returned on our behalf. The driver’s only mistake was assuming the order was complete based on the single bag he had. Very disappointing. Shame on KFC Bridgewater, MA.
I ordered 2 original chicken breast and what I got was 2 pieces of the lower ribcage with a small amount of breast meat and lots of fried skin, bones and some dark meat, etc.......What a rip-off.......40 years ago I got a breast keel loaded with nice bteast meat.......All these fast food companies are going downhill and saying to its customers, the hell with you and more profit to our C. E. O 'S.........I 'm not going back again.....
I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 Famous Bowls and 4 tacos. The tacos were fine, but the Famous Bowls were disappointing. The popcorn chicken was cold, and they skimped on the gravy. Now I have one very upset girlfriend.

Easy walk from my house but food is wrong 90 percent of the time. Employees are always messing around with each other. Service is slow. Usually go to the one in Raynham.
The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and attentive. It's easy to find from the main street, and there is a moderately sized parking area available.
I was disappointed by the advertisements for the Bridgewater location. The TV commercial showed 8 pieces of tenders for about $9, but I ended up spending $30.
