i never leave reviews anywhere but im so sick of every single time i come here the girls working headset and drive thru at night are just so disgustingly rude, like every single time! me and my boyfriend came through the drive thru about 9:00pm april 4,2022 got 2 famous bowl (which the food was awesome). the girl did not greet us nor told us our total amount at the speaker just kept asking ?anything else, anything else, pull forward? then after we was handed are food my bf goes to ask for extranapkins she slammed the window in our face and walked away as if she didn?t hear him. definitely not the customer service imcoming here for.

The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a full five stars for its quality and flavor. The service was efficient and friendly, which I rated at four stars. As for the atmosphere, even though I didn’t dine in, the vibe of the place seemed inviting and pleasant, also deserving of four stars. Overall, a great option for takeout!

The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and my order was completely wrong. I requested green beans as a side but received cole slaw instead. I also asked for and paid for extra biscuits, but they weren't included in my bag. To top it off, they were out of sweet tea. This is the second time my order has been incorrect, and as a result, I won't be returning. I believe this reflects a management issue.

I just got home from your location in Saraland with my order, which was supposed to be two three-piece dinners with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. However, when I opened the bag, I found two three-piece chicken strips—one with green beans and the other with mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed. Service: Takeout. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff often shout and use foul language, showing a lack of concern for their work and customers. The quality of the food has also declined compared to what it used to be. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere each as a 2 out of 5.

The food was terrible! My chicken was undercooked and still pink inside! It was extremely unappetizing. I will never return to this restaurant.
