My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they didn't want anyone to eat there at all. I placed an order through their app, which stated it would be ready by 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:16 PM, only to be informed that they had just received my order and it would take another 20 to 30 minutes. When I said I was willing to wait, they asked if I was sure I wanted them to start preparing the chicken. Why else would I say I’d wait?

The mac and cheese served to me was below the quality standards allowed for restaurants in Wisconsin. KFC failed to meet the required standards, which constitutes a legal violation.
