I arrived at 8:40 pm, just 20 minutes before closing at 9 pm. Aside from one other person ahead of me, there was no one else there. I ordered chicken strips, fries, and a drink for my son. I paid at the window and received his drink, but was asked to move forward for the food—even though there was still no one behind me. I ended up waiting until closing time, tried calling multiple times with no answer, and never received the food I had paid for. The customer ahead of me also tried to enter, but the doors were locked and staff ignored him at the drive-thru window. I will definitely not return to this location and have warned everyone I know about my experience.
We always have a bad experience with the food itself. I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick. I had an excellent experience all around while traveling across the U.S. They have some of the best fries I've had in a long time. I really wish my home in West Virginia had a place as good as this. Even my parents, who are notoriously picky immigrants, really enjoyed the food—definitely worth it! Plus, the attractive staff member made the experience even better. Service: Dine-in. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 PM, only to find that they had just two pieces of dark meat and seven tenders available. I was informed that they wouldn't be cooking any more food, even though they close at 9:00 PM. I couldn't help but wonder how old the white meat they still had was. Ultimately, I decided to get Chinese takeout instead, and I received exactly what I ordered in about five minutes.
The quality of the food has declined significantly. I've received biscuits so hard that they were inedible. Items have been missing from my order, and when I returned to address it, they didn’t have any replacements. I never received the food I paid for, and the service has also deteriorated.
