Been going to this KFC for years on and off just hoping I will luck out and get something eatable... Always disappointed and they wont ever answer the phone when you try and call to let them know their food is either contaminated or been sitting for ages before being sold. Today is the last time I buy soggy chips covered in black stuff, cold burger's barely put together and oily old chicken. I usually see food handled without gloves. People shouldn't have to check their order every time they leave to see if it's actually what they ordered. Never again.
we ordered us via the KFC app. I wanted to pick her up and the girl took her time to serve me. on the board said it was cooking. 10 minutes later I asked her about it and it sat on the bank waiting. I asked the girl how long it was sitting there, she answered 5 minutes seriously. I asked her if it was still warm. they gave us new chips and forgotten about the drinks. I had to go back for serviettes. we had two meal times she gave me. had to ask for more. I was cold. The worst kfc ever.
Car queue is always a mile long so I must have just been unlucky but my bucket of KFC was dripping in oil to the point we could not eat it. Contacted KFC and they said was not drained enough. They re-imbursed us for a next time visit but like I said very very popular and must of just been one of those unlucky persons.
This fast food restaurant offers quick service and consistent food quality. The overall experience was satisfactory, similar to other KFC locations. However, the salad seemed to be old and lacked freshness.

The service was poor, the food was mediocre, and the restaurant was not clean. I am surprised they are still in business. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, but I don't think I will be returning.
I ordered 24 original nuggets, 24 hot and spicy nuggets, and 10 wicked wings. However, I received 24 hot and spicy nuggets, 10 wicked wings, and only 20 original nuggets.
customer service, incredibly slow and can also not easily be ordered directly with the application of the app. not even disturb, drive extra and go to marsden.
Chicken horrible and grease. I definitely don't recommend Browns Plains store. I'm from Heritage Park very often I must drive to another store,further away.
