KFC - Reserva de mesa

Ordered 21piece from the app 11/08/2022 around 5:30pm. It’s a lot to put in one bucket.I told the girl who prepare the order to put some in different box but she forcefully pushed all the pieces down to fit in that one bucket which made the chicken all crumbled and broken.I saw that right in front of me but it’s too late. When I said she shouldn’t do that, then she pull some of the broken pieces from the bucket to a different box.This is rubbish, it make no different no more.The staff should be trained to handle the chicken properly.Was very upset and disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the chicken.

Every time I use Menulog,my order is wrong. When I order through Uber Eats there is never a problem, and they are always on time. We only have takeaway on a Saturday. Tonight there were 2 PAID FOR items, that were missing *again). It is all well and good giving you a credit, but you have to use them again, and spend more money, for it to be worth it. Just get the order right. It isn't that hard, for goodness sake.

The drive through parking system is terrible, cars should go through around to queue but many choose not to and block the entrance for shortcut. Many times fight almost erupted as a result of this. Need sign to ask car to go around to queue.

Went to get some mash potatoes and coleslaw for takeaway last night, although a few customer from drive through and inside, but the staff are very fast and professional. Well done Reserva una mesa ahora

Today I bought a 6 piece original .. was dried out .. and inedible .. looked and tasted really bad .. worst chicken I’ve had .. I binned it .. KFC serves a rubbish product today

Ordered, took a 25 mins to get the food then realised once home we were a piece of chicken short on your 6 piece box. That meant I, as mum, missed out on dinner.
