My husband ordered takeout from this restaurant. We requested a 16-piece meal that was supposed to include 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings. Instead, we received only 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 2 legs, and the rest were wings. When you spend $56 on a meal, you expect to receive what you paid for. If there’s a mistake, customers should be informed and given options, rather than being surprised when they get home. This is the second time this has happened, and I believe we deserve compensation for what we didn't receive. This is simply unacceptable.
I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. My experiences have been consistently disappointing. Despite giving them multiple chances, they always manage to mess up my order. I specifically request KFC sauce every time, but they never include it. Additionally, they never provide utensils. To top it off, my orders often arrive with items missing. This establishment could greatly benefit from new staff, as the current team seems to lack competence.
The most pathetic KFC in the area. Workers are lazy and embarrassing. After dropping my friends food straight on the ground they laughed about it. Put it back in the same box and then got rude with the customer that simply asked for a new box. Not even to have the food replaced. Genuinely embarrassed to even be in Hanover because of workers like this.
Definitely one of the better places ive eaten at. Staff is so friendly helpful. Lobby could use an update but im sure thats out of their control. If corporate would spend the time money updating the outside inside this would be the BEST restaurant in Hanover..

Was a bit disappointed. The food was okay, but could have been better. The chicken was lukewarm, and the fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. We were the only people in the dining room, which really could use some repairs.
My husband and I ordered a 6-piece chicken bucket. The chicken was hardly fried; when we looked closer to the bone, the meat had a slight pink hue. The pieces had very little batter on them and were excessively greasy.
The Cashier in the morning was so nice and she always has a smile on her face ! I’ve been there a few times and she never fails to make my day. The food is always hot and delicious compared to some of the KFCs around .
My food was a complete fail some chicken was old and other pieces were not fully cooked guess that's be my last visit there I'll stick with
