Worst customer service ever! I would give the restaurant employees no stars what so ever instead of the one! Ordered a family meal, drive thur service paid $52 was given the food in a paper bag no problem. Arrived home as I am walking inside the paperbag handle tore off and bag ripped down the side. The bucket of chicken and 2 of the sides fell directly onto the ground. Icalled the restaurant in hopes that they could help me somehow maybe a small discount, if the items that touched the groundcouldn't be replaced. Well employee showed no interest in any way of helping me out instead I was told that it didn't occur onthe restaurants grounds so it could not be replaced, I was told I should bring my own bags to carry the food in instead if Iassumed the paper bags provided by the restaurant arent reliable to hold the order. Lastly that it probably would have nothappened if I carried the bag with both hands. Well I checked the written label statements on the paper bag and it does notstate anything about holding the bag with both hands and not by the handles. I highly recommend that the restaurant pack thecustomer's orders in boxes instead makes more sense if she insist I should have held it with both hands. She also went ahead andstated that I was the only customer who's bag has ripped she hasn't heard of it happening before! Well lost dinner for my familyplus the $52 I paid for the food. Thanks KFC wouldn't be going back!!
