As most people know, the food quality is long gone. When the colonel was alive, quality meant everything, as did customer service. Seems both are no longer considered. Last trip was a few days ago. My wife and daughter walked through the door, nobody else was inside. No other customers. That being said, there were two individuals (employees) standing behind the counter, and both of them turned and walked away. They returned minutes later, and began chatting between themselves. My wife actually had to ask to be waited on, or could someone take my order ?! Not the first time this has happened. Employees need more training ??, and if they have the training, yet still refuse to do their job corr...
For the amount you pay they could give you better pieces of chicken. The fries were about half full and soggy. Sure is not what it used to be. Will definitely be going to Jays chicken on George Street from now on.Kid-friendliness: There's chair's but nothing to keep them entertained.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Not alone, as the door is barely able to be opened with out a chair.
June 6th I waited from 12:06 to 12:22 for my food. When I got to the pickup window they told me I had to wait another 10 minutes. I asked for a refund as I would have been late for work.They only refunded some of my money. Went in to get the rest of my money and was met with eye rolls and blank stares. No apologies for the screw up, not going back anytime soon. Meal type: Lunch
I wanted to see if KFC in Newfoundland was the only one serving smal pieces of chicken but apparently it's the same sizes anywhere you go. I had a 4 piece meal with fries and I could actually fit two chicken breast in the palm of my hand. The chicken is sooo small. So not worth the $14.00. Worst KFC i visited my entire life. The fried chicken pieces were so oily, overly cooked, had tons of salt. I even bought the fries which had a weird smell and taste. Very bad experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
