The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. We had to wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then park and wait an additional 15 minutes for our order to be brought out. Additionally, our orders have consistently been missing items. Overall, the food was average, priced between £10 and £20 per person. The service and atmosphere were rated poorly with a score of 3 for food, 1 for service, and 1 for atmosphere.
Today, there was a very friendly man working at the restaurant. Typically, the staff are not as energetic. The service was for take-out and the meal was for dinner. Used the drive through upon ordering got asked to be parked up in an already full car park then when the food arrived the man didn't give it to us as couldn't read the writing on the receipt to drive home and realise items are missing tried calling several times but no answer will not be using them again! We had a cheap variety boneless meal. Used to be good. But lately always slow, whether going through drive thru or sitting in. Today we waited 40 mins for chilli bites, popcorn chicken and an ice cream. Wouldn't of bothered if it was a treat for the kids. Staff always look lost and confused Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
last three times I ordered trilogy box to eat. chicken fillet is missing, sauce is missing and no spork for the coleslaw. if this exact thing happens to me every time what everyone else is experiencing
Ok as far as KFC goes.. disappointed they don't offer any of the festive or limited edition menu items just the basic menu. Such slow service! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
