I just had a 5-pack of large chips and some popcorn. The chips were cold and dry, and the chicken wasn't edible. This is the third time I've had a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. During my visit, I noticed five staff members, yet I was the only customer there. The manager should have had someone cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor, as it was dirty. Don't bother with apologies; I'm not interested. Service: Takeout.
This is the fourth time my daughter has ordered online from your restaurant, and once again, we've received the wrong order. We are very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service. She tried calling to report the incorrect order, but no one answered the phone. Is this what we are paying for? Service: Delivery – 1/5, Atmosphere – 1/5.

I consistently have issues with missing items in my orders, and they don't answer the phone when I try to reach them. I've had to call about eight times a day. The customer service is really disappointing.
I got a piece of popcorn chicken as a piece of boneless staff was rude and chicken tasted so strange i couldnt eat it. Worst kaffa ever nice chips thou
