Kfc Cranbourne - Reservar una mesa

We ordered dinner tonight and received chicken that doesn't even look like KFC it greasy and the coating was falling off. We ordered chips that weren't cooked and 2 large potato and gravy and chicken and burgers (they didn't deliver the burgers that was a second delivery!! .They sent 4 small potato and gravy instead of the 2 large potato and gravy. We have takeaway once a week because it's so expensive and look forward to a break from cooking a meal.. I rang them to explain what had happened and a girl answered the phone and said she was just going home and put me on hold to get somebody to talk to me. I waited for a while and nobody picked up the call. I have been trying ever since to ring...

It's a pity there are no O scores. I had to repeat my order at the ordering station then when I paid and when I picked up I also repeated it, he stated yes all correct, when I looked inside the box it was all wrong after looking at me telling me it's all correct. I was asked to go to the car park and wait. 20 minutes later no one came out. I was parked near their back door. Omg door was opened it was disgusting, they noticed me looking in and they closed the door. I went around telling them that I am still waiting they got my order done while I waited. My partner bought a zinger ultimate box upsize the burger came with no lettuce or cabbage if they were out of lettuce. Chips stone cold not seasoned no wicked wings 3 pieces of chicken that were cold dry and mash an gravy cold this order was at 11am it tasted liked yesterday's leftover this KFC is a absolute joke and spreading the word to avoid this franchise. I have also seen the workers chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I will be taking this further and reporting this to the health authorities

here at 8:30 o'clock for a zinger bacon and cheese box, with extra evil wings. they told us that it would wait 15 minutes for bad wings that we understood. we finally got our order at 9:20. with a false burger! paid extra for a zinger speck and cheese, but ended with an original with only spicy sauce, and no speck and cheese. we have even repeated the order before we pay.

I guess this is one of the busiest kfcs in the opposite. we spent almost half an hour in the snake to get away. the line started all the way when they come in the servicespur. the food was of course good, we got the hot and crispy huh, but wait in the line was too much. Maybe we delivered it next time.
