My partner ordered a Zinger Ultimate Box with an upgraded burger, but it arrived without any lettuce or cabbage. If they were out of lettuce, they should have said something. The chips were stone cold and lacked seasoning, and there were no Wicked Wings included. Instead, we received three pieces of chicken that were cold, dry, and accompanied by cold mashed potatoes and gravy. This order was placed at 11 AM, and the food tasted like it was leftover from the day before. This KFC location is truly disappointing, and I plan to share my experience to warn others about this franchise. Additionally, I noticed the staff chatting among themselves and ignoring customers. After 20 minutes, nobody came to check on me, even though I was parked right by their back door. When I noticed that the door was open and glanced inside, it was quite filthy. They quickly closed the door when they caught me looking. I went inside to remind them that I was still waiting, and finally, they prepared my order, but it was still incorrect. I had specifically asked for no salt on the fries and no wings with my order. I won't be returning to this restaurant again. This is clearly a management issue. The kitchen was unsanitary and should really be shut down. I plan on taking this matter further.
This place deserves a zero. The food was disgusting and inedible. Overcooked to the point of just tasting burnt. I bought a 3 piece box and the chips were overcooked, the chicken was overcooked, dry and hard and the roll was soggy and falling apart. It really looked and tasted like it had been prepared an hour before and left under the heat lamps. I have eaten KFC all over Australia and the world and this takes the prize for being the worst ever. At least the canned drink was in date!
I am shocked at how dirty this KFC is. The customer services is not good at all, the person serving us would ask us what we wanted and then turn to the gentleman next to us and yelled aggressively at him about not asking for sauce which was very uncomfortable to watch. They were so rude to us as well when I politely asked for fresh chips as the ones she gave me were cold and old looking and only half filled. Very aggressive behaviour from girls behind the counter. We usually enjoy takeout once a week as a break from cooking, but this experience was frustrating. I called the restaurant to explain the issues, and the girl who answered said she was heading home and placed me on hold to find someone who could help. After waiting for a while, no one picked up the call. I've been trying to reach them ever since, but my calls go straight to voicemail. Overall, I'm really disappointed with KFC's customer service.
here at 8:30 o'clock for a zinger bacon and cheese box, with extra evil wings. they told us that it would wait 15 minutes for bad wings that we understood. we finally got our order at 9:20. with a false burger! paid extra for a zinger speck and cheese, but ended with an original with only spicy sauce, and no speck and cheese. we have even repeated the order before we pay.
I guess this is one of the busiest kfcs in the opposite. we spent almost half an hour in the snake to get away. the line started all the way when they come in the servicespur. the food was of course good, we got the hot and crispy huh, but wait in the line was too much. Maybe we delivered it next time.
very busy, drive thru was 20 cars long at 18:30. in the inner waited 30 people on command. no wings left and no kartoffel and gravy and even thio I ordered online when I am at kfc, it was not ready. also could not refund the 2 big kartoffels and gravys I ordered. very disappointing eating was great.
