Kfc Markham Moor A1 North Services

There 's always a queue for the toilets at this place. They have a single unisex loo for everyone, which for a services is really, really poor. There 's a disabled loo, but when I asked to use it (I have MS which isn 't always a visable disability) the staff was very dismissive and declared that if I didn 't have a disabled key I am not allowed to use it. It's a KFC so no surprises. The food was actually quite good when we got it. The poor lad behind the counter was swamped by the volume of customers. It was Saturday lunchtime and it was just him. It was alright, though the app wasn't working and things like the app weren't working, they were out of stock for several items at 6pm and the toilets and baby seats weren't clean. Food didn't seem as good as other KFCs. App didn't place my order, so there was confusion about that. Food is not fresh. Chicken was not cooked we asked for flat wings which they gave us cold. Overall food is not fresh would not recommend.
