16/10/2024. Wait time was 15 minutes, I question how can a chicken outlet runs out of cooked chicken. That aside as it was cooked fresh one would expect hot moist and crisp. None of these applied to my order, My chips were also dry and cold certainly not fresh. Not a good experience. Price was also over the top $27.40 for a 2 piece meal and a 3 piece meal. Ordered through drive thru on Sunday night around 6pm and girl taking order was absolutely lovely! She was friendly and understanding when I wanted to change up order, very welcoming and very positive atmosphere. Food was also very good, I don’t usually eat at KFC but this was delicious!
