Visited here tonight. As we enjoy a KFC every so often but never been here. Won’t be again either. Got told 3 times no chicken being cooked at the moment it will be 10 minutes. As you can guess 30 minutes went by and no food. There were least 12 orders on the screen and speaking with others they had been told the same? Chips were over cooked. Dig daddy burger looked more like road kill. Drink must have evaporated due to the waiting time as the cup was only 3/4 full. Not impressed at all. Won’t be there again in a hurry.
Most of order missing on return home What was there was burned and inedible Rang to ask could we come back and collect the missing items and get edible chicken- was laughed at and told he would be eating my food instead. They didn't give a receipt as this was down to their Covid protocol yet when I asked for a refund they laughed that I didn't have a receipt. Will never use this abhorrent place again. With new chicken restaurants opening all the time, I hope they lose their franchise as soon as possible

Ordered via the app to be collected by my partner on his way home from work. He had to wait a few minutes for the prepaid order but that was fine. When he brought it home and I began to open my burger box, I was astonished to see my burger with no top on the bun. I had also ordered a krusham but as they had none they had sent me a coke instead but no mention of a refund for the difference. Very annoyed as I was so looking forward to my kfc after my 3 hour drive back from Norfolk today.

Waited 50mins for my food. Food was flying out of the kitchen but the 2 members of staff bagging it up seemed to be on a go slow. Then they disappeared and noone was bagging food up. When I asked a member of staff how long it would be they were extremely rude and said if I didn't like it then get a refund.
So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a three piece chicken meal and when it arrived I had three small chicken fillets instead. Th chicken fillet was over cooked. I will order from elsewhere in future.
Really bad attitude, dirty kitchen and poor delivery. Burnt chicken and just filthy Would not buy from again and don't order Vai Uber as it won't turnup

Avoid at all cost I said no lettuce and there was traces of lettuce in the chicken burger if I had an allergic reaction I be dead
My twister wrap meal arrived without the twister wrap ruined the meal. Won’t be ordering again.
