I went to the fast snack section yesterday, which is outside the restaures. I was asked about my command and told the guy I like a jalebi. he continued with another customer. then some other customers came. he continued with the same customer. he worked alone and a woman came out, a woman who seemed to scream / annoy him in her speech. she came with a change, asked me that my order took my money and went. great. take my money, but don't give me my order! I waited a total of 10 minutes and all that had to be done was put a jalebi in a box. 30 seconds max. the jalebi was good, but the customer service was not. the lady could have helped the guy...read more

We heard about this restaurant a lot before.Finally visited the restaurant today and had a completely different experience. We had to wait 45 minutes before our order was taken. Then after another 30 minutes of wait we were served but the food tasted pretty disguising and ice cold. The dousa was made like hours ago and the tandoori chicken was burnt and over salted. Ordered mango lacchis and that never came.Its not like the restaurant was busy but it had short of staff. Only on eperson was taking orders in the entire shop floor. Wouldn't be visiting khana khazana agian. Avoid at any cost.

from the first look you see a normal Hyderabadi restaurant. the service could be much faster and they would have to ask. the biryani was too much seasoned, with burned tweepers and fresh cubes of huh and chiken tikka. methi huhn was unique in a good sense that I would rather have cost in india, but never expected such a strong uniqueness. we've been closing with a lethal that would have been a lot thick. the chef quotes that the curd here gives the same resulu, but they have tried to create a thick one. time to add to the leti cream.

Well, their food doesn't taste like authentic indian food. They use too much soda in their food i guess, because i was suffering from dysentery for 2 days after having a meal at this place. I did'nt like a single dish from their menu, nothing at all. We had ordered biryani veg noodles. Biryani was not tasty, and noodles tasted more indian than chinese. Anyways, this place is complete waste of money time.

Wow So Dissatisfied with overall so called supplied....only saving grace was lamb chops otherwise would have been 0 yes 0 stars no stars , after great of shopping I was left hugely Disappointed , Behind the counter lady Manu , is like iron lady with zero customer skills , as for the food my dripping with oil tandoori roti ......1st LAST TIME.

Place looks good just from outside. Food tastes pathetic. No taste at all. Very oily, perhaps more oily then the cheapest stall in chandani chowk. Service was very bad. Didn't took the order correctly. Would advice not to visit this place at all. Does not worth your money.

the service, the food, the atmosphere! a word: fantastic! absolutely one of the best restaurants. very good value for money. we felt so good to eat there on Christmas Eve. they had this little extra, they went the extra mile to give them a perfect evening. we loved it!

This is place is not good , next time I wont come here , neithr i would suggest anyone to go here ..! The nan dosent taste like nan, the chole bhatura is too oily, you will find oil dripping from the bhatura..! Its like not worth coming here ..! Avoid at all costs.!

Terrible service. Food arrived cold. When I called the restaurant they started swearing and being rude. Highly advise people to avoid. I understand mistakes with food but the staffs reaction means they shouldn't even be able to run a business

I was here a few times and was not disappointed by eating that is quite delicious, the service was okay and a good value for money.
