It’s been a while since I ate in this restaurant. Did not have a good experience with the service the last time (3 years ago) but I thought I’ll give it another chance. Big mistake! The service is still poor. We were a party of 4 but we’re given only 3 napkins, so I asked for some more. Waited 10 minutes while the waiter just went about his own work. It is obvious that he has forgotten, and as our food was already served, I took an extra napkin on the empty table next to me. The waiter that forgot my request for more napkins rushed over and reprimanded me for taking the napkin from the next table. At arrival waiter confirmed we could still order a meal and had one hour before closing time. Ordered entree mains. Food came out quickly BUT VERY bland. They forgot our rice so when we reminded the waiter he told us the kitchen was not serving rice anymore …wt?! After eating half our meal (bland over priced) we got up to pay. I noted the higher charge on the total amount and questioned if the rice had been removed from the bill? The waitress appeared annoyed and questioned us If we had rice or not. She was clearly annoyed at the correction and removed the rice from the bill. Over priced for bland meal will not be returning. Do not recommend.

Quality Thai style food, fresh delicious. Service couldn’t be faulted. The waiters were there when we needed them the meals were delivered promptly but not all at once, as we preferred. Quality Thai style food, fresh delicious. Service couldn’t be faulted. The waiters were there when we needed them despite being very busy on the night we were there. We’ll look forward to our return visits.

We have been to this restaurant a number of times as we have always enjoyed the food. However we won't be going back. Customer service is lacking. Not sure if they will improve as they are always busy. Shame.

Lovely food, very good service as usual, pity they kick you out after 90 mins but I suppose that means they are popular
