a good selection of wine and other drinks including chinese tea. food is delicious, reminds me of the casual and light chinese food served in more modern restaurants in shanghai. excellent accompaniment to the drinks. it is busy with locals every night, and it is a small place, so do recommend booking in advance. the owners are lovely, relaxed and warm people who will walk around the tables and chat to everyone while not missing a beat with service. they kind of make up for the spartan white glossy interior.

I was fortunate to have visited when this place first opened in December 2013 and what a great little place! Josef and Li were formerly the owners of Cafe Europa (where I used to often go as well as bring family friends and colleagues) in Beijing (where I live). Their attention to detail for great tasting food, superb wines and quaint surroundings absolutely made this a must visit hole-in-wall boutique eatery and winebar! Loved it. Keep up the great work.

Very tasty creative Chinese food, small plates with vibrant tastes. There are specials so the offerings change constantly alongside the standard menu. Also a great selection of wines. Setting is utilitarian, but the service is helpful and efficient and the owner very warm and welcoming. A lovely addition of international flair to a more traditional neighborhood.

I have now been there twice - awesome dining experience on both occasions. A wide array of tasteful, creative, surprising Chinese tapas - seafood, meat, veg, all are exquisite. The wine offering is also interesting, and Chef Joseph will be happy to advise. Thank you Joseph and Chenli, keep up the great work!
