Kikis Japanese Casual Dining

Always a wonderful, delicious spot for lunch and dinner. I have tried several new things I had not seen at other Japanese restaurants before and loved them, and all my favorites/classics are amazing here, too. The staff is fantastic and so friendly, and the restaurant itself is quite welcoming. I would always recommend the pork katsu curry to anyone looking to try Japanese food for the first time, or the sukiyaki/sukiyaki udon if you are looking for a new delicious experience.

Ordered online through Grubhub so can’t comment on the restaurant service or atmosphere (though I hear it’s also very good). I had the pork katsudon and I must say it was probably the best katsudon I’ve ever had. I ordered during the lunch rush, when it’s easy to slack on quality, but it was amazing, still. The portion was generous too, which I don’t find super common for rice bowls. This will be my new go-to spot for sure!

Doesn't look like a lot from the outside but the food is excellent. My partner and I lived i rural Japan for a long time and frequently find ourselves craving and missing real Japanese casual dining. We had gyudon with a raw egg and spicy beef miso ramen, both hit the spot. We can't wait to come back to try more of their food on our next Denver trip. ごちそうさまでした!

Charming and cozy restaurant. There isn't a lot of seating, so if it's crowded, you might have to wait a bit, but it's absolutely worth it. The umami flavor is fantastic! Reserva una mesa ahora
