Killer Burger - Reserva de mesa

Disappointed; things have really changed with this branch. Serving sizes have been reduced, bottomless fries were discontinued and now fries are charged separately. Burger was alright, but the peanut butter sauce was only in the center of the sandwich. No real service or warmth from the staff, they seemed more preoccupied with each other. NOTHING was clean. My wife and I sat for 45 minutes with a 5 person staff and only 3 customers, not a single table got bussed or wiped off. Bathroom has dried urine and trash on the floor. Toilet and sink need a hardy scrubbing.

I heard their was a new location, and I stopped to check it out. The atmosphere was cold and not very friendly. It seemed to be a stripped-down version. Ordered the bacon, peanut butter, and pickle hamburger without mayonnaise. Was pleased to see they had a smaller version. Everything was smaller, even the hamburger patty, that is usually good. I really felt more like I was eating something from the golden arches. Worse, it had mayonnaise on it. I didn't have time to have it made again. It was as cold as the atmosphere. I did not get what I paid for in this case.

got this. 2 people. 40 bucks. doubles. beef taste like it was a couple days from turning. Freshly made tho. but yeah. ...greasy old beef. also. ...some secrets(sauce)shouldn't be put out. wouldn't recommend from this experience. maybe they had an off day. idk. I always try again in these situations. maybe next road trip this way. decent staff. not all smiles. but hey, it's Oregon. stopped by off a road trip. anyway, back into the fray...

Used to be my favorite burgers but they've changed. Definitely smaller. They no longer have the barnyard burger, my favorite. Before, all of the burgers had bacon and came with fries. Now they're just boring, bland cheeseburgers, and fries are extra. The fries are different too. Probably won't go back. Just disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Seats and tables always dirty, sticky and this time there is heavy metal playing loud while we’re trying to eat. Food is good but everything else isn’t ideal.

Burger was about as good as I have gotten recently, but the fries were just OK. But still worth stopping when in Sherwood

Store was closed due to low staffing. Staff your restaurants, or at least let us *know* when it will be closed online.
