Kimmer's Ice Cream

I usually love this place, but today was a different experience. I ordered a salted caramel ice cream for curbside pickup, but it did not taste like the usual. We are regular customers and there was no salted caramel swirl in the pint. I was disappointed with what I paid for. The girl at the counter said it wasn't packed there and was done elsewhere. Next time, I will make sure to watch them pack it in front of me. The ice cream had a light caramel taste but was not worth the price. The online offer for 20% off with the code Tuesday 20 was not available when I ordered. Overall, I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

I visited Kimmer's Ice Cream on June 17, 2022 after a friend recommended trying the Parent Trap ice cream. It was absolutely amazing. The traditional ice cream shop had friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Parent Trap ice cream, which featured cookies and cream mixed with swirls of peanut butter in a chocolate-coated waffle bowl. The peanut butter was smooth and creamy, not overpowering the rest of the ice cream. The single scoop was large and definitely enough to share between two people. I highly recommend Kimmer's and will definitely be returning again and again.

My family and I love Kimmers! We have been coming since we moved in the area. We love the ice cream and great customer service. It’s smells wonderful when you walk in the store. It’s cozy and inviting. In the summer nights, we love sitting outside where they have a sitting area with string lights. Kimmers has been a place where we have made so many memories

Wide variety of fun flavors, and I had some of the most upbeat and friendly staff. I’m particularly nervous about ordering but my server made it fun and inviting, I felt free to add tons of topping on my order, all to which he encouraged, even recommended some. The service was fast and the ice cream flavors (jamocha and cookies and cream) were delicious. We stopped by after our dinner at a nearby restaurant, and found this place conveniently located next to a few other dining options for a sweet treat after our meal.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it, as did the rest of my family. It was gone in no time! I definitely plan on returning. I highly recommend trying this place, you won't be disappointed.
