I have purchased Samosas and Pakoras from this restaurant multiple times and have been consistently pleased with the taste. The Samosas and Pakoras are among the best I have had in Slough, although I have noticed some variation in quality, which may be due to multiple sources or different chefs. Overall, I am satisfied with the food quality here. The restaurant seems to be popular among locals, which is a positive sign. However, I am disappointed to see that the local Food Standards Agency rating is only a 2, which raises some concerns. I would give a rating of 4 based on the food alone, but I would need to explore the rest of the menu before considering a rating of 5.
Only ever had 2 takeaways from here but recently decided to pop in for a lunch as I was walking on the way to friends and was hungry. As with most takeaways in Slough it’s of Asian origin but was quite impressed with the food once again. The samosa’s are also great, which are always a favourite if made correctly. Can’t be said for a fair few other establishments around Slough so this could become a regular place to visit. However, the food hygiene rating is a lowly 1 which does not inspire much confidence... I’ve had no complaints nor stomach upset yet, so until then... It gets good from me.,
I ordered a simple dish two times in a row, and both times I was told it would take 20 minutes to be ready for pickup. I waited and waited while the guy's friends sat in the restaurant enjoying their food and second helpings. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and on the second occasion, they ignored my request to not include egg in the dish. They even forgot about my order and rushed it at the last minute.
Being local place and on my own family recommendations I ordered food to take to an important family function in London but such a half cooked curry with no spice or salt I have never tasted a worse curry and even my mum who recommended them said this food was ****! Please avoid at all cost and instead go to my curry local favours fav Kashmiri Kahari in Salt Hill Park Slough. Reserva una mesa ahora
We leave locally and come here regularly. As we are vegetarian we always have chickpeas curry(chana masala)which we found is the best we have ever had! We have it with rice and sometimes Peshawari or garlic Naan, so delicious in King 786. The restaurant recently refurbished and it looks so nice and clean inside.
