King Cod - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a dish that came with sauce on the side, but I specifically requested no sauce on my order. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, it was covered in chili sauce. I was sharing this meal with my 6-year-old son, and when I called to address the mistake, the phone line was terrible and I could hardly hear the response. I was told that they do not read instructions and that it was my fault for requesting chili sauce. As a result of this mix-up, you have lost a customer who typically spends £30 to £40 per visit. Please ensure that you read and follow customer instructions accurately, as it could be a serious issue for someone with allergies in the future.

Ordered a small cod and chips. Service was okay. But was ruined by the food. The chips were undercooked and had the consistency of cardboard. The fish, don't get me started. Barely battered and inside us like eating a fishy mush. As much as I hate throwing food away, this time I had to. Would not recommend.

Excellent. Large Fish cooked beautifully not greasy. Shared it with my Son. Really enjoyed it. Rest of Oder was prefect thank you. Fast delivery.

Best chips in beeston, staff are friendly and portion sizes are excellent. Couldn't ask for more from a local chippy.
