And no, not all frozen wings taste bad. These tasted good. Not great but good.2. Size Matters. With wings too! They get an A+ because those MFers were meaty.3. How they're cooked. Not under cooked slimey **** with sauce thrown on it like some places. These were perfect. Balance of crispy and meaty.4. Flavors. This is the only area I was like meh. Several months ago, I went out to eat with some friends. The waitresses were polite and welcoming, but I wasn't impressed with the restaurant for a few reasons. The chicken wings (which came in three different flavors) didn't have much taste and weren't really worth the price. Then, they kept pushing us to have shots even though I said no; when I asked for the bill it took them at least 20 minutes before they brought it, and not only was it incorrect but items were included that I hadn't ordered which increased the cost. Moreover, the prices on the menu did not match what came on my bill so they should update their menus accordingly. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service as well...
As a wing enthusiast, I highly recommend trying the mild sauce if you're after that classic buffalo flavor. The sauce labels are a bit misleading; the hot sauce has a burn that's intense but enjoyable—I just wasn't prepared for it. Aside from that, the wings were delicious, the staff was super laid-back, and the music created a great atmosphere with football playing in the background. Overall, it had a fantastic vibe. Most importantly, the wings digest really well, which is a testament to the quality of the chicken—no regrets here, as I wasn't stuck in the bathroom for hours the next day! I’ll definitely be back for round two during the next Chargers game!
I visited this restaurant twice during my stay. I have to say that my first visit was exceptional—the food was fantastic, and I enjoyed a delicious watermelon margarita. However, on my second visit, the experience wasn't as good. The waitress wasn’t very attentive; she only took our order and handed us the bill. Additionally, the bacon and cheese fries were dry this time around.

I just ate my second meal at King of Wings. I don't have one sideways thing to say. The atmosphere is good, the restaurant is clean, the service is outstanding and the food comes out looking exactly like the pictures. It also tastes great. I had boneless wings the fist visit and a fried chic sandwich with onion rings on my return trip. Both meal were A-1.
Order #9143 12 wings 2 flavors (honey bbq and mole poblano) and loaded potato skins. Half the wings were flavored with honey bbq and the other half came un flavored even though I selected mole poblano. The potato skins were definitely not cooked at the right oil temp because the pieces were soggy. Really expected a better experience.
I frequently order takeout from this place because they have the best carne asada and chicken tenders. However, I was disappointed today; the chicken tenders were burnt, and they didn’t include any fries. They usually provide a generous portion of fries. Overall, they usually have great food, so this was unexpected.
The shrimp fried rice had no flavor. The rice was not fried. They just added 3 1/2 scraggly pieces of shrimp, some peas and green onion to cold rice and charged me for 5 dollars. I hate wasting money on my lunch break I should have just stayed hungry.
