I've dined here several times, and the food has consistently been excellent. The service is impressively quick, even when the restaurant is crowded. The place has a quirky charm, especially the restrooms! There's always a pleasant atmosphere, often filled with large groups celebrating various occasions. My only issue arose during my last visit when I discovered they didn't have an allergen menu. One staff member mentioned they could check specific items but then struggled to clarify whether certain dishes contained the ingredients we were concerned about. I took my date to this restaurant for our first outing last Wednesday, and I returned today—this speaks volumes on its own! The lakeside location is beautiful, the interior decor is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially Audrey, our waitress. She even wrote us a sweet farewell message on the receipt and was a bit surprised when I mentioned her name. On top of all that, the food was outstanding, and the apple crumble tart was to die for. I highly recommend this place; it's easily the best dining spot I've experienced in the local area.

This is a fantastic spot for afternoon drinks. The food also looked great, and the atmosphere is relaxing and cool. A big thank you to the wonderful and kind Wendy for her exceptional service! UPDATE: I returned yesterday for Sunday lunch and was very disappointed. The food was subpar— the lamb and vegetables were overcooked, the roast potatoes were hardly done, and the Yorkshire puddings were tasteless. However, the service was excellent thanks to the very helpful Ella. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return for the food.

A huge thank you to Callie for arranging our table on such short notice! We were greeted by Ed, who assured us he would take care of us throughout our meal. He truly exceeded our expectations, keeping us entertained and providing outstanding service all night long. Really enjoyed our dinner here, the setting is lovely, really well laid out and feels really cozy and such an interesting decoration. The waitstaff were fabulous and really nice and the restaurant was super busy yet you didn't feel ignored at all, the food was great,generous portions and tasty! Loved the roast and such a wise range of choice on the menus too! Highly recommend to visit.

The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the views over the lake were fantastic. Even though we only had 30 minutes, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were served quickly. I highly recommend the sharing dishes! I’ll definitely be returning.
