The pub is very local to us and this is maybe the 6th time we have eaten there in the last few months. As always the food was great. Sadly on this occasion and all the rest we have been the only people eating there. The pub has a history of not being run well and is being totally honest not the kind of place you would go to for a quiet evening. If however you walk through the rowdy bar into the restaurant area you will be guaranteed great service and great food at stupidly low prices. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The staff were really helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The carvery was the highlight, all fresh homemade food with plenty of choice and every kind of sauce you could wish for. If you want a reasonably priced home cooked meal the Kings Arms will not disappoint.

The King's Arms in Coleorton now offers food service, and their Sunday Carvery was absolutely delicious. The cozy atmosphere, complete with a log burner and pleasant background music, along with attentive staff, made for a perfect setting on a chilly Sunday afternoon.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but when we went for the Sunday carvery, we found that the meat was decent but the vegetables were lukewarm and covered with silver foil. It seemed like no one else had been in to eat possibly. We arrived just before 1:00pm.

We made a reservation for a delicious Sunday Carvery on 12/07/20. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean and full of charm. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning.
