When we were eventually informed that our bowling shoes were ready, we discovered that our lane was not set up and my party of seven was still without shoes. To make matters worse, the waiter seemed confused and asked if we were in the wrong alley. Finally, after a long 35 minutes, we received our bowling shoes and were ready to start.
To top it off, a staff member came over to apologize and offered us a discount, stating we would receive 25% off our bill. However, when we checked the bill later, we found the discount was only $25—not the promised 25%, which was a significant difference.
Despite the setbacks, we made the best of the night and had a good time celebrating my friend's birthd...
I was part of a group of four that came from another restaurant. It was a busy evening, and the wait for pool and bowling was over an hour. However, Jonathan was very straightforward and quickly helped us secure a spot on one of the bowling lanes. His promptness made our experience truly special. But the highlight of the night was our server, Johana. When the manager denied our request for a Mai Tai tower, it felt like our evening was ruined. Luckily, Johana stepped in swiftly to accommodate us and ensure we enjoyed the night. A big thank you to the servers and staff at this place! The DJ had us dancing, making it an unforgettable night.
We had a wonderful evening, but unfortunately, my wallet was stolen from our table. It's really disappointing that something like this could happen, especially in a place like Kings. I'm not sure if it was staff or another patron, but it can be disheartening to see that kind of behavior in a venue like this.
It's a fun atmosphere and a great experience to dine and bowl. Our server was great about getting our bowling information while we were eating and our lane was ready upon our completion of the meal! The arcade is a little pricey but overall it's a fun evening out in the Seaport!

A fun spot to play some pool, arcade games or bowling. Went on a Saturday night and there were lots of empty glasses and everything was not picked up properly. Nice for a group activity but I would not go often

Went after work arrived at 6:00 did not have a server drink until approx 6:40!!! Pleasant wait staff but not efficient. Front desk very abrupt
