The hubs I were in the mood for catfish and headed to the area to eat at a catfish restaurant that happened to be closed (on Monday so I yelped the area saw this place we decided to give it a try. We both ordered platters. The servings of fish were very generous and very hot and fresh. We tried the fried pickles which were also fresh and crispy. The food was made pretty quickly. The taste.... my husband said the fish was good- I thought the batter lacked seasoning. Those are the positive notes on our visit. Although they attempted to make amends by frying more fish for us, it was still excessively salty. They did offer us two fresh fish to cook at home, but we found that inadequate considering the time and effort spent returning to their establishment. We were left waiting and wasted time, not to mention our sides had turned cold by the end of it all. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

This spot is a hidden gem in Saraland. I'm a good food connoisseur and I'm always happy when I eat here. I tend to stick with shrimp and oysters but the menu is expansive. Food is cooked fresh to order and the French bread is exactly what it's supposed to be on a poboy. Do yourself a favor and go try it. My lunch with sandwich, fries and a drink was only $7 This is a drive thru place.

The steam food trays are decent, but the fried dishes really aren't worth it at all. They resemble kids' meals, and for the price, you can get much more at other restaurants. Additionally, their steamed food is overly salty—there's no balance, just plain saltiness. I recommend trying P&L on Holcomb Avenue in Mobile instead. An unassuming place that offers fried seafood. Decent portions for a good price. I have had better, but for what it is, it was good option for a quick meal eaten in my car. There are three tables inside, but the tables were filled by the family who I assume own this establishment eating their dinners.

We dine here regularly and are always impressed! The food is consistently hot and exceptionally tasty. The customer service is fantastic, and the value is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoy this restaurant, as it offers great value for the money and everything is fresh. My youngest child especially loves the fried fish.
