Previously I was regular customer at kingsley weston. take an all-round good option for a fast meal. but they took the ball seriously. in an earlier visit they now have a pay and waiting system. Perhaps it has improved her lower line. but not her service. I then commanded my usual orders tonight. including a request to let the chips wait in an insulated pocket (more later) after ten minutes or more. a hired person told me they wait ten minutes for the huh. I guess my chips were put in a paper bag and given the plentiful ton to get cold and soggy. they were very successful. ten minutes came and went with my command. I'm talking to another customer with a little kid. he told me he was waiting...
Love the idea of burgers being made before your eyes. The managers specials (deal M) or dinner for 4 always has great deals. The southern fry coating on the fillets are brilliant and goes well on the burgers. I enjoy the managers meal which includes...a burger, chips, 1 fried piece of chicken and a cup of drink. Staff are always attentive and ready to help. I enjoyed their old ordering system, as the same person takes your order and completes the order compared to the new version (just like any other fast food). Yet to be disappointed with their meals or food. Despite of 7+years of eating here and yet to be disappointed. It doesn't compare to any other fast food. Wish there were more of them...
Bought a roast chicken from their Lanyon Market Place shop front after been to Woolworths shopping. Woolworths had 10 or more freshly roasted chickens available at that time but I thought I support the smaller guys so I went there bought a roast chicken. It's...not because they were 10cents cheaper then Woolworths. Got home put the chicken on table. No....they gave me a well overcooked chicken!!!!!!! Parts of the chicken not even my dog can manage to chew it. Not good!!!! Check what they give you before you leave.
Overall, this restaurant is great, but sometimes their amazing fries can be inconsistent. The staff is very courteous and efficient, making it a perfect spot to dine on a cold winter night in Canberra. Unfortunately, our children won't eat their hard pasta, so we have to make it for ourselves.

the service is great fast, efficient service get what u do not want to do as at where they do not give u drum stick u want here sheiler gives u what u want big service. love their service very plentiful the best customer service iw ever had.
I will not be returning to this restaurant. The hill 2 southern fried breast had very little meat compared to a wing, and the taste was not up to par. The frying method seemed to be subpar, and the prices were not justified by the quality.
I have never had a bad experience with Kingsleys. They are best known for their chips and gravy so delicious and moreish. Friendly staff as well. Always hot and fresh.
If you're just getting a chicken which is already cooked and sitting there, why do you have to wait for all the previous orders of burgers etc to be made first??

I always order the Kingsley Chicken and I love it. It's not greasy or dry like at other chicken places. Overall, it's great and beats the competition by far.
Kingsley's are a constant. I am never disappointed with anything from there. The prices are really good in comparison to other places to.
