The person who answered the phone had to mute it because the manager started openly talking bad about us in the background. We were only calling to check on an order after waiting for 80 minutes. We called multiple times but either got a busy signal or the call ended abruptly. They informed us that the food was already three miles away and would take an additional 30+ minutes to arrive. They left the food at the front desk of our hotel without notifying us. When we called to cancel, they insisted that they had already delivered the order. This restaurant is terrible. The service and food were both awful. I placed my order on Saturday, June 15th, and I shouldn't even have to explain what went wrong because this restaurant is well aware of the poor quality of their service. They need to improve or find a job at Walmart.
