Both the staff and the cook were very well trained in terms of gluten intolerance (which you really cannot claim from many restaurant). There was even a gluten-free bread to my salad. The food was very tasty: and was prepared extra without sauce binders and other additives that I would not tolerate. To dessert there was a raspberry sorbet for me, which was recommended to me by the nice service (da gf . It was really a very nice evening with very delicious dishes. We're coming back.
Had my first meal there in 1988 was excellent. I was a Canadian soldier that lived at 25 Lange Strasse . Really miss the friendly people that ran the business,Will come back someday for another cold beer.Prost
