my expensive apple laptop, 3 years ago not bought, stood for repair 3 weeks. now, none of the 3 manufacturers mängel are neither repaired under warranty or on a cunning basis, so the declaration of gravites. at the end they charge the 60€ fee to have done nothing, not even an attempt to put in connection with apple to apply for a withdrawal. the problems are covered under the service programs by apfel and very well documented in internet forums! last customer service, very bad communication that customers earn exclusively for money, but when it comes to customer support, they can lose the hope from the beginning. I have now made my laptop repair third place without asking and without delay....
we were the second customers on the service desk and wanted to replace only headphones. then we had two more questions, which the service staff unfortunately could not answer us or wanted. at least he left us standing, had to go back to a separate room and had disappeared for minutes. we gave up after 45 minutes to wait even further. now we try it on the friedrichstraße and hope for a customer-friendly service!
