"Great spot on the sea front but even though it was quite struggled to get any service. Had a cold beer and some calamari as starter which were ok and then gave up on lunch. Could be very nice I think if service was better"

Firstly this place was a great find after a rather long drive around the island. Not only were the staff really friendly, they were happy and cheerful and quick to serve us whatever we wanted. Very quick review as I find it best to get to the point Sangria 9/10 amazing and if you like the local delicacy in La Palma you'll love this Food 9/10 Amazing seafood and the Chopito's or mini fried squids were delish !! My Favourite dish after a long drive and hunger pains like an Giant Starved Londoner was the Loco Bravas Patatas which translates to Crazy Potatoes which involves Fried Potatoes or chips covered in shredded chicken, Pulled Pork, Mustard Ketchup and mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese. If it sounds horrendous then get of my page immediately, this was by far AMAZING !!! A great place with local food and seafood along with great hospitality and sunshine plus the beers and sangria to go with it. But hey don't take my word for it, I just do this for living...............
He visitado este restaurante muchas veces a lo largo de los años. La ubicación es preciosa con vistas al puerto deportivo y la comida siempre ha sido buena. Al no haber estado allí desde 2019, es obvio que el lugar ha cambiado de dueño. Llegamos (un grupo de cuatro) justo cuando el lugar abría para el almuerzo. La mayoría de las mesas estaban reservadas, pero logramos encontrar espacio. En 15 minutos, el lugar estaba lleno, mayormente con comensales locales, siempre una buena señal. ¡La comida fue INCREÍBLE! Una selección fantástica de pescado fresco en exhibición en unidades de hielo. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. ¡No puedo esperar a volver mañana! ¡10 de 10!
El restaurante ha sido trasladado de Puerto Naos. Los calamares no tienen el mismo sabor que cuando estaban en Puerto Naos, pero son aceptables. Las lapas son buenas y las croquetas también. El mero a la espalda está bien hecho. La carta de vinos de La Palma es un poco limitada. Los postres son correctos pero no son caseros. El servicio es adecuado. El precio, con vino incluido, es de 25€ por persona. Puede mejorar para volver a alcanzar el nivel anterior, pero hay que apoyarlos por la situación de Puerto Naos.
Food and service were good in the summer when more Spaniards frequented this place. In the off-season, as the kitchen staff changed and the business peak was over, the food got worse, and the waiting staff cared less to the point they even became rude, and I'm saying that as a once regular guest who valued that place in the summer and had to realize they don't value loyalty. Very sad.
