we love to go to kips dinner clubs because they are the best that eat is always delicious and well thought out, and they care so much about the research about the history and culture of each dish as well as the ingredients used. From afar, it may seem simple to categorize a cuisine based on a few popular dishes, without truly experiencing the diversity of regional flavors. Kip, however, presents carefully crafted and authentic Thai dishes that many in Britain may not have had the chance to taste before. The menu offers a variety of bold and rich flavors, ranging from fermented and spicy to sour and sweet. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the charming company of fellow diners and chats with the cook, owner, and even cats, creates a unique dining experience. For me, dining at Kip feels like being part of a special dinner club in someone's home, which is a rare and delightful treat in today's world.
it is easy from far away to consider the food of a nation as a few well-known dishes without getting a chance to explore the regional diversity. kip to rettung with their carefully researched and executed Thai dishes, some of us in Great Britain probably had the opportunity to try before. whatever is on the menu, they can look forward to fat aromen whether they ferment, spicy, sour or sticky sweet. fellow diners are reliable nice business and they can expect a chat with the cook, their partner and their cats while their food goes down. and for me a dinner club in someone home is a rare tasty bite in these days
if there are better Thai food in london, I haven't found it yet. great business, stylish environment, bonker cats and regional Thai foods that prove that there is so much more to this fascinating cuisine than what they find in most restaurants in Britain. I have learned so much from kip’s nightclubs in recent years and the amount of research, love and innovation that she pours into every dish is buried and inspiring. each visit delivers brand new aromen and unique experiences. I advise all (vegan or not) pay a visit. take an appetit and a great bottle riesling.
I have yet to find a better Thai restaurant in London. The atmosphere is stylish and the food is authentic and delicious. Kip's dinner clubs offer unique and innovative dishes that go beyond the typical British Thai cuisine. I highly recommend a visit to anyone, whether you are vegan or not.
