This is a real HIDDEN PEARL for those who admire fresh and well prepared trout forelli) meal! This family driven restaurant is easy- going and cozy place and based on tradition in many generations. Worth to visit. Not so far from the main road. There is also soups, salads and some meat choices available not forgetting the little customers. Desserts- ask them- and you will be overwhelmed happy! Everything is homemade receipts and hand- picked. There is parking area outside and in good weather also the terasse is available. The service is nice, flexible and everything happened easily. Great experience !
A small, quiet and informal restaurant hidden in the countryside near Mieders, but well worth seeking out if you like fish. They have their own trout farm and know how to cook it perfectly. The couple who owned it were really friendly and charming. We will definitely go again if we're ever in the area again.
Top Zwischenstopp am weg zum Brenner 5min von Autobahn entfernt, komplett ruhig gelegen mit Schaukeln für die Kids. Schlutzkrapfen, Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn getestet für sehr gut befunden. Forellen sind das nächste Mal dran (Teiche schauen Top aus)!
first-class fishing spot with the ponds right behind the house. the imperial and structural raupes as dessert are also recommended. wonderful fish restaurant. the trout is incredibly fresh. the dikes are located directly behind the restaurant.

wonderful reception through the family. cordial and with a lot of time will take care of the guests. the trout are wonderful, so fresh. I don't know a place where they taste better.
Das Essen (Fisch) ist einfach super. Sind schon mehrmals hier gewesen und sind nicht einmal enttäuscht worden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
