2nd and will be the last) visit, wasn’t impressed on our first, but decided collectively to give it one last chance, was ultimately disappointed. Held back on posting this until I discovered a fragment of a steel dish scrubber in my soup as shown in pic)Called to order for pick up, was told 20 min eta. Arrived at 20 mins, order not ready and waited another 15 minutes total time ~35 mins), there was 1 table with 2 customers, food already served. I failed to see why my order took significantly longer than the eta providedI had 2 soups oyster tapioca pancakes they had “tapioca” in the name for unknown reason), as the lady carried out the much delayed order in one single plastic bag, I could see...

I’ve ordered sushi from many places before, but this was my first time trying this restaurant. Their California rolls are the largest and absolutely the best I’ve ever had! As advertised on the menu, they’re their top item! The dragon roll was delicious as well, and the tempura was perfectly crunchy and tasty! I was also quite impressed with their to-go containers. They are high quality and visually appealing, keeping the dishes intact and my food warm (or crunchy, in the case of the tempura), even though I live quite a distance away. You can really tell that a lot of care went into both the preparation and packaging!

The staff here are incredibly friendly! Although we had to wait for a bit, the dragon and sumo rolls we ordered were freshly made, and since we ordered quite a few, I can't complain! We also tried the California and Rainbow rolls, which were 50% off from the case. Everything was delicious; however, the teriyaki chicken felt a little standard, but it was still good quality. While I was waiting, I checked out the small store area. There wasn’t much stock this time, but they had some interesting items. I will definitely be returning!

This was a mid-tier sushiya that suddenly closed and then revived itself as half takeout and half Japanese specialty store. I don't know who their supplier is, but they had some unique Pocky snacks at prices cheaper than 168 Market. The convenience store factor has been toned down and it's closer to what you'd expect from a DAISO or Ranch 99, with occasional specialty products. Takeout wise, their curry tonkatsu is a safe choice for a light meal. The curry udon is a bit Reserva una mesa ahora

A great place for Japanese food and snacks Love their rolls and sashimi! They are fresh! And they are on sale every day at after 6:30pm before they close at 7pm! They serve hot food like chicken teriyaki, curry rice, etc. I also like to do a quick shopping here for some Japanese snacks and cup noodles! Recommend checking it out!

One of the rare Japanese markets in the East Bay. I often stop by to pick up some frozen unagi and snacks. This time, I decided to try their hot foods, which were excellent. For more food updates, check out @vin.foodjournal.

Authentic Taiwanese cuisine! Everything is very fresh and delicious! The cabbage with bacon, basil-fried eggplant, Hakka-style seafood, and sweet and sour soup are all fantastic. This is already my fourth visit!

My 49er and Dragon Roll were incredible! The Kitsune Udon and Miso Soup were served nice and hot. I will definitely order them again—thank you! Reserva una mesa ahora

The bento box was quite enjoyable. However, the portion of the Tuna Maki Roll was very small and not worth the price.
